Policies for Product Return/Refund, Warranty Repairs,
Technical Support and DVR Loaners
Product Return and Refund Policy;
CloseoutCCTV.com Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, documentation, hardware, and other included components. No partial returns will be accepted. No returns on GeoVision products.No returns will be accepted without an RMA number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original sales invoice enclosed with the returned products. To obtain an RMA number, call our customer service department at 1-866-756-2288, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST)
Product Warranty and Repair Policy;
CloseoutCCTV.com products come with a two (2) year warranty from original date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship. During this two (2) year warranty, CloseoutCCTV.com will (at our discretion) repair or replace any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship. The use of refurbished products and/ or components may be used for the purpose of fulfilling our warranty obligation. This warranty does not cover any labor associated with the installation or use of this product, incidental or otherwise. This warranty does not cover repairs or replacements made necessary by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, or other factors beyond our control. This warranty is non-transferable. Repairs and replacements made during the warranty period shall be covered through the remainder of the original warranty period, or 6 months, whichever is greater. No warranty returns will be accepted without an RMA number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original sales invoice enclosed with the returned products. Products not covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the customers discretion and expense, including return shipping to the customer.
Free Lifetime Technical Support
We offer free lifetime technical support on all cameras, DVR’s, and accessories purchased through Closeoutcctv.com. We cannot assist customers with the configuration or set-up of routers, computers, or other peripheral devices as we do not distribute, repair, or troubleshoot these devices.
